Users can create or join chat rooms, send private messages, share media, and initiate peer-to-peer video calls using getstream. The project leverages Next.js for frontend, Firebase for authentication, Firestore, and storage, and GetStream for live chat functionality. CryptoChat ensures low latency, scalability, and a secure user experience, combining chat and video in a single platform.
